National Institute of Standards contracted Helix to develop a document workflow management system to enhance and automate the operation of the processes of the national certification entities. The scope of operation is the classification, processing, storage, search, retrieval and case reports of the documents pertaining the national standards certification processing. The system also generates the final product certificates and the related customs office documents.
