Ministry of Transport and Communication contracted Helix to develop the Taxi Licensing and Supervision System, a secure and isolated system for managing the taxi licensing. The software enables the Ministry supervisors to track and monitor the license submissions, evaluate due duties and fines, as well as generate various reports.
